Normally, chances are very rare in rejection of cargo. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the overseas buyer rejects our goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the buyer must contact the seller and report the poor quality of goods and initiate an inspection of Goods within the 14 day period from the consignment delivery. The Sellers agent or a representative appointed by the seller inspects the quality of products and if finds that the quality of the consignment doesn't meet the requirements, as agreed, the seller's agent or representative would approve for the return and refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us @ +1 818-927-2872 or email- email@example.com. One of our representatives will contact you and process the same.
Once the return and refund approvals are received from the Sellers agent or representative, we will notify you that the refund request has been approved.
The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days after the seller's agent or representative receives the rejected consignment.
To return the consignment, the seller will work out the cost of freight and other expenses associated with the shipment in order to process the return. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on the overseas location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
